We are excited to announce we will be hosting our annual SPRING LIFT OFF 2026 Competition on Saturday/Sunday, March 21st-22nd!
This will be a Two-day event and each session will be organized by entry total, alternating men and women sessions.
The medals will be awarded for each weight class (youth & open), including grand prizes for the top 3 male and female ROBI scores.

The preliminary schedule will be sent out no later than March 8th.

The registration fee starts at $105!
This includes a free t-shirt and a gift bag filled with some goodies!

2026 Rising Tides Weightlifting Meet
Details:
Vehement Elite Athletics presents the 2026 Rising Tides Weightlifting Meet. This is an Youth/Juniors/Masters/Seniors meet.
Open to both Non-USAW MEMBERS and USAW MEMBERS.

SESSION A - NON USAW FEMALE
SESSION B - NON USAW MALE

SESSION 3 - USAW FEMALE
SESSION 4 - USAW MALE
TOP MALE AND TOP FEMALE NON-USAW WINNERS VIA ROBI WILL WIN A ONE YEAR USAW MEMBERSHIP FULLY PAID.
USAW SANCTIONED SESSIONS WILL AWARD 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals per weight class and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for overall age groups (if applicable).

FIRST DRAFT OF THE SCHEDULE will be announced APRIL 5, 2026 or earlier.

NO REFUNDS, but Substitutes or Credit for future events are considered.
USAW Members are required to bring a copy of your USAW MEMBERSHIP and wear a USAW Approved Singlet.

USA Weightlifting:
· Current USA Weightlifting membership & singlets are required.
· IWF/USAW rules apply.
Entry limit: A maximum of 90 lifters will be able to compete.
· Open to all lifters; no qualifying totals required to participate.
· Final schedule will be announced on our Barbarian Barbell website, Instagram and on our Club's Facebook page shortly after close of entries on April 17th or until we sell out.
Registration Fee: $95 ($125 after April 5th), includes meet T-Shirt (must register by April 5th to guarantee T-shirt).
CASH PRIZES will be awarded to top 3 women and top 3 men (declared by Q-points & Q-Youth). Medals will be awarded to top 3 youth, junior, senior, and master lifters in each weight category.
SCHEDULE: 7AM-7PM (Subject to change based on entries)
